At Timber Rattlers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear and fan apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
